We want you to love your With Jéan pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons are still attached.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or use the provided return address to ship the package via your local courier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
